Payment Options

All Up Front

• $100 deposit/registration fee along with completed application is required.
• Balance due prior to the first day of school. (cash, check – credit/debit cards via our online portal) (students who pay the entire tuition prior to the start of school AND who do not withdraw from school receive a free Earthlite Vortex massage chair [approximate $400 value] upon graduation)(NA for transfer students).

In House Payments

• $100 deposit/registration fee along with completed application is required.
• Payments due at regular intervals.* (Regular payments by students to Healing Mountain are interest free & finance charge free while enrolled in school; balance to be paid in full by end of program or student will not receive official graduation transcripts until balance is paid in full. A $30 per month late fee will be applied to all late payments.)(*Credit/debit card payments are only accepted through our online portal which has a 3.5% convenience fee associated with it.)

Federal Student Aid

• $100 deposit/registration fee along with completed application is required.
•This aid is available for those who qualify. It includes: Pell Grants, low interest federal loans for students, and Plus Loans for parents of students who qualify. In the event student does not successfully earn 450 hours by the second payment period (and third for HHP students), they are required to make monthly payments until such time as they do. (see our financial aid director for specific loan info).
• US Department of Education has grants and loan monies available for qualifying individuals. To apply, visit fafsa.ed.gov. (school code 036173)
